CASCAIS COMMUNITY CENTER

A project developed together with "Gaivotas da Torre" - a Social Security Private Institute - that was awarded the 2nd prize of the Cascais 2015 Participative Budget, raising €300.000 to pay for its design and construction. Currently in development!
